Please note: We can only provide these items to the 14 towns in our region (Greenwich, Stamford, Darien, New Canaan, Norwalk, Westport, Wilton, Weston, Easton, Fairfield, Bridgeport, Trumbull, Stratford, Monroe).
There is a limit of 25 for each poster and a limit of 50 for the resource & support group guides.
If you choose to have these items delivered, we can only deliver them to workplaces, not home addresses.
