The Hub

Welcome to The Hub!

The Hub at Catalyst CT is one of five state-designated Regional Behavioral Health Action Organizations (RBHAO). We work within 14 communities in southwestern Connecticut, from Greenwich to Stratford. Our goal is to strengthen the region by addressing issues such as mental health, substance use disorder, gambling/gaming, and suicide awareness at the local level.

What We Do

Coordination & Support

  • As a strategic community partner, the Hub works with regional stakeholders to:
  • Plan and coordinate prevention efforts in our towns.
  • Identify gaps and barriers in treatment and recovery services.
  • Convene regional meetings of the Local Prevention Councils, the Southwest Regional Suicide Advisory Board, and the Regional Gambling Awareness Team.
  • Certify organizations as Recovery Friendly Workplaces.

Education & Awareness

As a community resource center, the Hub educates community members and decision-makers about behavioral health challenges by offering:

  • Information on prevention, treatment, and recovery.
  • Suicide awareness and prevention training.
  • Free rescue kits and training on administering naloxone for an opioid overdose.
  • Lead and support advocacy efforts
