Leaders of health & human services organizations: Please join us for a retreat providing an opportunity to reflect on your capacity to serve diverse populations. Through a keynote presentation, case study, and practical, interactive exercises, you will learn about the federal Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) Standards. You will assess your agency's readiness to implement these standards and will walk away with ideas, a framework and an action plan for next steps.

We encourage organizations to send a team of two participants, ideally an executive and mid-level manager, to brainstorm and plan together around ways to motivate change in their organization.

5 CE hours confirmed for social workers and counselors. See details in flyer below, or print/share the full PDF here.

This retreat is funded by the Southwest Regional Mental Health Board and the Greenwich Community Health Improvement Project. First priority will be given to participants from organizations based in Darien, Greenwich, New Canaan, Norwalk, Stamford, Weston, Westport, and Wilton.
