Please note: We can only provide these items to the 14 towns in our region (Greenwich, Stamford, Darien, New Canaan, Norwalk, Westport, Wilton, Weston, Easton, Fairfield, Bridgeport, Trumbull, Stratford, Monroe).
There is a limit of 25 for each poster and a limit of 50 for the resource & support group guides. If you’d rather view our online version of the guides, you can do so here!
If you choose to have these items delivered, we can only deliver them to workplaces, not home addresses.
